When you contact us on WhatsApp or email, we keep the conversation so we can help with your order and improve our service. Our site does not require accounts, so we do not store passwords or payment details; all payments are cash on delivery.

How We Use It

Your details are used only to process, pack, ship and support your order. We may message you about your delivery status or about products you asked us to reserve. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing. Courier partners receive only the name, phone, address and city needed for delivery.

Data Storage and Your Rights

Order records are kept for our accounts and for handling returns within the policy period. You can ask us at any time on WhatsApp or at hello@importedbites.com to see, correct or delete your personal information, and we will comply promptly. If you prefer not to share details beyond what delivery needs, tell us and we will keep it minimal.
